Overview
Nobel Medical College Teaching Hospital (P) Ltd. is located in Biratnagar, Nepal and was founded in 2004. It is an affiliated institution of Kathmandu University that aims to provide international standard medical education to both local and foreign students enrolled in medical and paramedical courses. The college is recognized by the Nepal Medical Council (NMC), Ministry of Education, Nepal and Ministry of Health, Nepal, Medical Education Commission, Nepal, and is listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED) and World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS).
The hospital currently operates at full capacity with 764 beds and provides specialized and super-specialized services with the help of highly skilled doctors and well-trained personnel using sophisticated equipment. It caters to patients from various communities in Nepal and Bihar state of India. Additionally, the hospital plans to increase its bed capacity to 1050 in the future.
The college offers graduate and diploma courses that are recognized by Kathmandu University and CTEVT respectively. Currently, it has a total of 1151 students enrolled in medical and paramedical courses. The college has more than 1300 staff, including both teaching and non-teaching personnel, who provide their services with sincerity and competency. The institution's faculties hold esteemed positions in various fields associated with medicine and healthcare, both nationally and internationally.
